About
My name is Miroslav Holec and I’m a software developer, consultant, trainer, and Microsoft MVP. I focus primarily on the .NET platform and API services development.
History
I’ve been actively involved in the world of software development since 2007. Over the years, I’ve built up extensive experience from various positions — developer, team leader, and consultant. I’ve worked on projects of different sizes for startups, international corporations, and public institutions.
I specialize in architecture, best practices, and clean, maintainable code. I enjoy working with people and passing on my knowledge — whether in the form of training, code reviews, or consulting sessions. I often participate in developer events and I’ve delivered dozens of presentations, workshops, and courses.

Photographs from lectures
In the past, I was one of the pioneers of Blazor technology in the Czech Republic. I’ve been deeply involved in REST API design, which has become one of my key areas of expertise. I’ve trained hundreds of developers and analysts on how to design APIs properly.
I create content for developers, which includes video courses, blog posts, and live sessions. You can find my materials on YouTube, my own website, and other platforms. My mission is to make complex topics understandable and practical.
When I’m not coding or training, I spend time with my family. I’m also involved in non-profit activities and raising awareness about rare diseases, especially ADNP syndrome, which affects my son.
